Enrollment Information

Early registration is advised as space in limited. Enrollment is requested by June 16, 2008. Please phone (805) 893-4200 to reserve space or fax a completed enrollment application (pdf) to 805-893-8427.

No enrollments will be accepted at the door.

Attendance confirmations will be sent shortly after June 16, 2008. A minimum of ten participants is required in order for the Institute to take place. The Institute will not have more than twenty participants.

Requests for a full refund must by received by July 1, 2008. Requests received after July 1, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after the program begins. There is a $25 processing fee on all refunds. Requests must be submitted in writing.
